Remote Access PC Support: For remote PC support, click on the Remote PC Support link below and download the small applet to your desktop.
After the file has been downloaded, double click on the file to start remote service.  Double click on either "Support 1 or Support 2, depending on which customer rep is assisting you. Once the remote service has ended, all files will automatically be removed.
